Semester’s End cont.

I can breathe easily again.
I got an email from my Database Application teacher that I passed the subject. Ding ding ding! 7,5 more credits for my foundation course.
Now all I’ll have to worry about is the possibility of having to come to an assignment for the subject ‘Game’ but that’s not really a problem.

Furthermore, my T-Shirt finally arrived today. Dutch ISP XS4ALL gave away 5000 T-Shirts to celebrate the fact that they finally won a legal battle against the church of scientology after 10 years. Yay for free T-Shirts!
A classmate of mine has also ordered one so we might end up wearing it on the same day for the sake of comedy and confusion. Furthermore it’ll show off our geekness like nothing else.

  2. Could you give me a little hint about how good your scores actually are? Because I haven’t got a clue of that systen, here in Germany we have either grades from one to six(worst), and later on, points ranging from 1 to 15 (15 being the best of course).
    So … what is it? A+ ? ^_^

  3. Hm, it’s just too late and I am too tired.
    What I wanted to write is: “we either have grades …. or later on points”
    I just can’t live with such a mistake, so I had to correct it.
    Accept my humble apologies.

  4. Well, this isn’t a specific system used in every school in the country or whatever.
    It’s just that you can get a number of scores (don’t know which ones) and 70 is ‘good’, 90 is ‘excellent, flawless, etc.’ and I think you have 50 and 10 as well.
    Something like that.
