Long time no blog

Yes, it’s been quiet. That’s because nothing significant happened recently. (to me, at least)

I recently went to my new school, the Informatics and Communication Academy in Arnhem, to meet some of the people there. (teachers, mainly, because we have not been divided up into classes yet)
It was pretty nice… Well, the time I spent there was a bit boring, because I didn’t have anyone to talk to, but the trip was nice and so were the snacks. I think I’ll really like it on the school. :) I certainly hope so.

Furthermore, I recently discovered that Lynyrd Skynyrd is brilliant music. Free Bird is a great song, and so is Sweet Home Alabama. Yes.

That’s pretty much everything I have to say.. I think… Hmm, let me also say this:

I recently went to see Sin City. It was a bit of a weird movie. The way it looks is pretty nice, but the ’style’ was not to my liking. I generally don’t like what I call typical Quentin Tarantino movies. Someone gets a bullet in his arm and his entire arm is blown off, after which 20 litres of blood start shooting out. It’s just not realistic enough.

Then again, Pulp Fiction is a great movie :)

All that’s left now is to give my belated happy birthday wishes to Owen Rudge. Then again, I already said happy birthday in an SMS I sent him.. (did it reach you this time, Owen? :o)

  1. Not just Pulp Fiction, there is also, Reservoir Dogs, Jackie Brown and Kill Bill :). Also there is a lot better music out there than Lynyrd Skynyrd :). Good luck at your new school by the way :).

  2. I don’t know about the other movies, but Kill Bill is definately one of those movies that I dislike because of the way it’s unrealistic.

  3. Nearly all films are unrealistic, which is why they are films that entertain and not a documenty.
