GUI Maker

I’ve been doing all kinds of stuff to fill up the time it takes for the teachers to check my exams and all that stuff.
I’ve been doing things like… Sleeping, eating, chatting, gaming and.. programming. Woo. Isn’t my life just a constant adventure.

So I’ve been working on yet another project that may very well never be released/finished, the OpenTTD GUIMaker, or Window Designer, if you will.
Too many times have I heard people say that their new patch was completely functional but lacking a GUI to configure it or anything of that kind of thing, seeing as they found the GUI to be quite daunting to delve into.

Funny, that. I recall the first thing I did with the OpenTTD source code. It was adding a ‘GoneWacko RULES!’ button to the main menu. Ahh yes. One of my better pieces of art.

So, here I am, working on the tool. Currently it doesn’t do much yet, because I still have to figure out some stuff about the way the game knows which color to draw where and when, but I’m close to figuring that out.

The ‘colors’ directory (yes Owen, I know… Colours…) contains quite an… Interesting… Set of pictures as well.
